2011年7月，擁有8年節(jié)能環(huán)保實踐經(jīng)驗的威海品信節(jié)能設(shè)備有限公司，整合、消化、吸收新一代遠紅外技術(shù)，形成了居室適宜的紅外供暖智能系統(tǒng)，建立產(chǎn)、供、銷一條龍管理服務(wù)體系。

2014年，該設(shè)備經(jīng)北京理工大學國內(nèi)外中英文科技查詢論證，四川省鑒定，安得賽水性涂裝遠紅外電采暖系統(tǒng)，填補國內(nèi)市場空白。

With the arrival of 1990s, people pay more attention to saving heating energy and environment protection. Along with people's living standard getting better and better, people have more and more money, at the same time, people pay more and more attention to the comfort of winter heating. The U.S. department of energy (doe), American builders of the United States national committee did several heating periods' monitoring of far infrared radiation heating system and fuel oil, gas and other electric heating products invented by American solid company in the special test base. The data showed that it's a new, reliable product to promote energy conservation and environmental protection After that, the American Electricity and Energy Organization awarded the product the "best energy-saving heating system" in 2000. This product was recommended as "the most welcome building product" by the top 100 of the American journal of building materials. It was chosen as the only electric heating equipment. Meanwhile, it received strong recommendation from The U.S. department of energy (doe) and The United Nations energy organization. The product is not only suitable for family but also proper for business building, P.E. playground and office. It can be the first choice for drying, pedicure, shower/bath and painting house. At the beginning of lunching products into market, we once appointed an agent in Beijing to be responsible for the production of bare board, however, because of the limitations of technology and other reasons, it was not accepted by domestic customers. Until 2004, before assimilating and innovation, the "Pinxin" Ltd. developed many new products easily accepted by customers. In July 2011, WEIHAI ENERGY-SAVING EQUIPMENT CO., LTD with eight year's experience, integrated, assimilated and absorbed a new far infrared skill to form an automatic heating system which is proper for living. It built an one line service system for producing, providing and selling. In 2012, the "Pinxin" Ltd. successful developed and produced far infrared heating system--ZONGDSY with the support of many experts about professional painting and infrared technology. From the two years ZONGDSY 's sale situation of market, it just like sesame in successive Blooming. The facts proof that this system is easy to fix as it will neither break any decoration, nor occupy the room space, what's more ,it reduce the building space and infrastructure investment.
